VIP, Betgameday, Nine

I have an account at VIP where my wagering limit has been cut to $200. Does anybody know if I sign up at the sister book Betgameday if the low limits will carry over? Or if I can get their signup bonus? Same questions for Nine, which shares an affiliate program but (I think) has a different owner.

I'm not asking support for obvious reasons.
