Default OT: Is pokerstars having trouble auto requesting tournament summaries

I know I have it configured correctly (thanks Wiggs) because it was working all last week. But what do you do when pokertracker tells you the request was unsuccessful?? Is this something I have to fix with pokertracker or is this Stars fault? Thanks.

I think so. I have been having trouble getting my hand histories for the past 12 hours. I have sent an email to them asking for help. I will post their response here.

Everyone possible needs to email them on this. In order to cope with server load they seem to have introduced a sizable delay in between multiple summary requests. I emailed them and they responded with "our software guys are always working on ways to reduce sever load" and advised me to use the IHH window and have the HH's stored on my hard drive, so I responded telling them that having tournament summaries emailed is indispensable so you know what happens after you bust out. I advise everyone else to do the same.

is going slower when there is too much traffic in PS. Try it when less people are playing, it works fine

The whole site is having problems lately. The other day I complained about my tables freezing. Of course they blamed my ISP which is a joke since everything else was working fine.
