Ladies and gentlemen, please put down your pitchforks and torches [/ QUOTE ] Wrong attitude. Wrong timing. You'll continue to pay for poor decisions. A $19k mistake will cost you ten fold at a minimum. |

I seriously don't get why anyone would bother to defend their actions on a message board - they'll get shot in the head no matter what basically. lol. [/ QUOTE ] not really. If he had taken the approach that Suzzer or I recommended the response would have been a lot better. They really wasn't much about their actions that they should have been 'defending' anyway because they were just so bad. But coming on here and saying, "We really screwed up. We've learned a lot and are making dramatic changes," (without the part about blaming their customers) would have been good. |

Re: About the PokerRoom X-mas tourney
This would have been a nice way to apologize for the horrible way they were treated as well as win public-favor with the masses.
It definitely would have been the right thing to do. |

Re: About the PokerRoom X-mas tourney
Care to explain why PokerRoom still considers multi account players a joke and those who report them "snitches?"
