Looking for a certain kind of post...

Hopefully somebody has one in their favs or something. I'm looking for something for dealing with running bad. I'm hoping somebody has a gem or two out there.

The truth is there cannot be a gem out there. When you're running bad the only thing you can do is focus on your game. So do it.

When I am running bad I do the following:
1. Take an entire day off from playing, maybe two days.
2. Read some articles, chapters of books Like Harrington on
Holdem or Sklansky that are pertinent to what I am playing at that time, i.e. Limit Holdem or No Limit Holdem.
3. Play some .60 cent SitNgos on Absolute Poker or any low buy in SitNgo and just go crazy donking off chips, making stupid raises, all the stupid things that people do to me when I am playing. This is a form of stress relief as everyone can afford to lose a couple of dollars and sometimes you win.

These usually help me break out of a downswing.

I could have searched for posts by the great TommyAngelo from tiltless.com instead I made a 2nd post immediately knowing there can be no gem of information that can help us when we are running bad.
