Default NL100: Two hands vs solid TAG

Villain is jmxthievez and has been running at 22/16/3 over 340 hands. He probably views me as a TAG as well.

Hand 1: Put him on a hand.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

CO ($99.55)
Button ($102.35)
SB ($143.20)
BB ($13.55)
Hero ($104.65)
MP ($299.25)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $4</font>, MP calls $4, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>.

Flop: ($9.50) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $7</font>, MP calls $7.

Turn: ($23.50) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP bets $16</font>, Hero calls $16.

River: ($55.50) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP bets $35</font>, Hero?

Final Pot: $125.50

Hand 2: I have been doing quite a bit of raising. I think I've been running at like 30/24 or something. I'm pretty sure I should be putting money in on the flop/turn. River is a vbad card and I think we should all agree about folding.
