Can extremely buff people wipe their butt?

I just completed dropping a deuce and it reminded me it is fairly difficult to wipe my butt. My triceps and LATS are of pretty decent size and I am a left-handed wiper(righty for everything else.) Several times this past football season, if I would go poop after a game I would get cramps in my LATS. How could someone like this:


possibly wipe his butt? I am by no means near this big, and I can almost not do it. So how do this guy, or even lesser buff people, wipe their butts?
