PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t600 with t50 antes (4 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

CO (t1015)
Button (t2240)
Hero (t5240)
BB (t5005)

Preflop: Hero is in SB with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
<font color="red">CO raises to t965 (All-in)</font>, <font color="gray">Button folds</font>, <font color="gray">Hero ??</font>

Reads:

BB is a tight multitabling regular.
CO and Button seem like your standard single tabling recreational player.
CO is tighter than Button.

I would call and invite the BB to check it down in order to eliminate the short stack.

Hmm this seems like way the worst option to me. Unless you knew that the BB would fold (pretty bad assumption unless you were cheating/knew he was AFK) I don't see why you wouldn't play this hand. The question is if you should stick it in and take the dead money or call and try to eliminate. The +++ to shoving is that you don't care who goes broke 1st and the --- is that you won't be the chipleader if you lose. If you had a bigger lead it might be best to shove but in this paticular spot a call is probably the best play.
