Changing your underwear: two days, in an emergency situation. I flipped 'em inside out after a day in order not to gross myself out. To OP: three weeks in same underwear is entirely disgusting to any normal human being. You should not admit this to friends and family.

Having sex: about a year.

Saying any words: 24 hours, on a prop bet.

Leaving the house: seventeen days, prior to surgery. Unless sick, never more than a weekend.

Showering/Bathing: two days. Even while camping, I jumped the lake every other morning. In normal circumstances, I take two showers a day, three if I work out. And sometimes four. But I'm also [BBV here] the guy who spent $85K putting in a giant granite steam double shower in my house, which got written up in the LA times. I am clearly abnormal on the shower front.

I think not getting laid has a lot to do with my personality, and my lifestyle, and the way I dress. I'm usually pretty well groomed in situations where I'm gonna see any ladies, which isn't too often.
