proposal: VerizonMath becomes staple for CSR interviews
Do you recognize that there is a difference between $.002 and .002 cents?
Seriously, this would relieve so many of our CSR problems. OOT managers, make it happen, I think this would provide some excellent TRs as well. |

how many interviews for customer service representatives do you foresee in the future, where a certain pattern of interviews can become a staple?
