Default proposal: VerizonMath becomes staple for CSR interviews

Do you recognize that there is a difference between $.002 and .002 cents?

Seriously, this would relieve so many of our CSR problems.

OOT managers, make it happen, I think this would provide some excellent TRs as well.

I don't know what "VerizonMath", "CSR", or "TRs" mean. Could someone help me out?

Verizon Math - watch/listen to this and feel your blood pressure rise.

Next, CSRs = customer service representatives.

TR = trip report, but I shouldn't have to tell you that one.

how many interviews for customer service representatives do you foresee in the future, where a certain pattern of interviews can become a staple?
