Erm, bets t200 and then shuts down if called. No reason at all NOT to c-bet here.

I would check behind, with this flop. This is not a very good board to cbet. Cbetting this will commit 1/3 of your chips to the pot as well. You will also have to fold if villain comes over the top for all of his chips. Simply take the free card, keep the pot small, and hopefully spike an ace or queen on the turn.
