100NL - KK vs. shortstack coldcall
No reads or stats on the shortstack BB. Had no idea what to make of his call of my preflop repop. Compound that with an ugly flop and I'm lost.

Re: 100NL - KK vs. shortstack coldcall
Right now, pot has contains $36 and villain has $43.
Can someone discuss the mathematical difference between open pushing and bet/calling? If he has us beat, we are going to pay him off, as we can agree that we will bet this flop 100% of the time and call his all in raise 100% of the time. If you read Inside My Tournament Game by ZeeJustin, he discusses a similar situation. ZJ 3 bets preflop (I think) with KK, leaving villain with slightly more than a PSB. Flop comes like 7 high with two flush cards. ZJ states that if he is beat, he is beat, and the stacks dictate that he will not be folding his hand. However, since his opponent may on a draw, he makes a less than AI bet, giving his opponent the opportunity to make an incorrect, -EV call, making ZJ money in the long run. Might the difference between b/c and open push have something to do with this concept? |

Re: 100NL - KK vs. shortstack coldcall
Dont sit on a table of short stacks. B/C and shove, not much difference in my opinion.

Re: 100NL - KK vs. shortstack coldcall
i think bet/push is the better way, because you may fold some (rare) holdings with a push, that would otherwise be i the pot with just a "normal" bet.
