Default SSNL - MSNL Ax Question

I've been thinking recently about these 2 scenarios.

Scenario 1 - UTG limps. It's folded to us in the cutoff/button. We have Ax. x is between 2 and 8. Our hand can be suited or unsuited. Should we call, raise or fold. UTG is quite loose with a VPIP ~ 35. If we raise, what is the correct amount.

Scenario 2 - UTG and UTG+1 limp. Both are loose with VPIP # 35. Once again we have Ax. Should we call, raise or fold and if raise, what should the size of the raise be?

In both situations I fold most of the time. I don't like Ax and with such loose players you can surely find a better spot to trap them.

Depends on the blinds/stacks, but in general, I, too, fold Ax. If they are suited, I might call or raise sometimes, but not often.

We're assuming 100BB stacks in both cases.
