Default Laptop Video question

My Laptop (a Sager notebook) has a DVI as well as a Analog port. I've been using the DVI port for my Dell 2001fp monitor. Can I add a 2nd monitor and connect it to my Analog port to play 8 tables with no overlap without having to buy any software or do anything too funky?

Default Re: Laptop Video question

Depends on the hardware. Some DVI+VGA setups can use both, others can only use one or the other. I'm not familiar w/ Sagers.

On the plus side, if it is capable of using both, you shouldn't have to do anything special besides plugging it in (and possibly adjusting the resolution in display properties).
