lol...for the millionth time, there was no credit cards involved...it was basically fake ECHECKS not credit cards..so then the typical response from you guys will be...well why do you think fake ECHECKS isnt a bad thing....it is a bad thing....however, i did not use other peoples bank accounts, the money didnt even hit a bank account, because the routing number didnt have enough digits...and this is what fulltilt told me...i dont understand why ftpsean is throwing credit card fraud into the mix...unless those other 2 screennames i dont recognize in the hand histories are also involved

[/ QUOTE ]

i have not sent you an email w/ hand histories. all i have is what fullitlt gave me and was posted ont his site. You have not returned my phone calls. And as far as E-checks or credit cards...who cares?!?!?! its all fraud and its all wrong!!!

[/ QUOTE ]

I think he's referring to the hand histories that you posted.

BTW...You need to find new friends.

You go to bed with dogs, you wake up with fleas.

If you are just an innocent dupe, your "friend" used you for "cover play". Like others have pointed out, nobody (other than Brandi Rose) plays this bad.

You didn't really lose the money that FTP is keeping. It should have never been yours in the first place. You were either part of the scam, or you were the unwitting recipient of a scammer's money while he was perpetuating the scam. You didn't win the money by playing solid poker.

I think all in all this must have been a tough decision for FullTilt.
I don't think they made the right decision, but I do think they proved they really make an effort to deal with these matters in a proper way.

FullTilt, here I come!

FTP isn't allowed to steal from the OP just because the OP is a criminal. That's the government's job.

[/ QUOTE ]

It's the government's job to steal? The site does not have a right to the funds because he is a criminal. The site, if they had a right to the money, would have a right based on breach of contract (the terms and conditions of the site).

Under FTP's theory, he was playing you so that you could cash the money out through your legit account...

[/ QUOTE ]

thats incorrect, he was able to cash out, as said by him, by changing his payment process...immediately. No need to play me.

[/ QUOTE ]

For someone innocently involved, you seem to understand his intentions pretty well.

If batmanalan agreed to be part of a scam, involving chip dumping on his account, one might expect that before the dumb, he would make a huge cash out, so in case he got busted, he would not lose all of his money; we're talking about almost 9K here!
I may be overlooking something here, but it seems to me that batmanalan has to be either guilty and completely bonkers, or innocent...
