Default 100 NL 6 Max - Top two pair facing river POOSH

Villain is 28/16 over just 25 hands so this is my first confrontation with him without any real reads. I've been playing about 34/25 so far and being fairly aggressive over the first 50 hands so I thought he might be trying to make a move on the flop. Comments on all streets are welcome...

I thought a set was unlikely as well, but I felt like I made a mistake by not raising the turn because now I'm ahead of any 2-pair hand that he flopped. I just called on the turn for pot control in case he did have a set. River was just a bad card and made it a tough fold for me. Anyone else have any thoughts?
