Default Post your favorite healthy processed foods

I was a bit surprised by Daver's comment in the other thread that you would need to stop eating all processed foods to avoid HFCS. So I'd like to make this thread to discover good healthy prepared foods available at Wholfe Foods, Trader Joe's, Wild Oats, or Amazon.

The rules are:

No hydrogenated oil
No HFCS
No MSG
No artificial colors or flavors

Organic is a plus, but not required.

Here's mine:

Amy's organic roasted vegetable pizza. This is the best frozen pizza I've ever had. I also like Amy's enchiladas.

Wait, if, for example, the pizza you list contains only whole ingredients (unbleached whole wheat flour, 100% natural cheese, etc.), doesn't this fall into the category of "unprocessed"?

I could easily be wrong here, as I'm not the healthiest eater around (though I used to be and I'm starting again as we speak), but clarification of the term "processed" would be nice.

I don't really know what "processed" technically means. I just meant prepared foods like frozen entrees, canned soups, cookies, crackers, snacks, whatever.

The 365-brand cola they sell at Whole Foods is the best soda I've ever tasted.

Seconded nearly anything Amy's. Excellent for vegetarians/vegans, too.
