This guy has never heard of personal responsibility, and he never will.

He bounces checks, uses credit he doesn't have, gambles stupidly and then what is his solution? Go running to the government to bail him out with bankruptcy.

I totally agree. What does he have to lose? Even if he loses all the $ from his credit cards, he still goes bankrupt and still suffers equal consequences. Nothing to lose. Brilliant.
