Default when the idiot turns his hand face up on the turn

what is the right play here i can see i have him beat . do i bet or do i check to see if he will bet he knows he has turned his hand over to soon on the river . what to do...

Bet small enough to make him call. I'm assuming you're talking about a live game.

I did this the other day in lake charles. I thought we were heads up, but some quiet old man all the way on the opposite end of the table was calling bets, but the dealer was raking them (messing with my math too...). At the river, I checked, my opponent checked behind, and I flip. Old man on the end, who had be c/c the whole way took a like, and bet like crazy.

Was I ahead? Idunno, but the pot wasn't big enough to risk it. If he did it with air, or with a monster it was a great play, that I almost had to fold do. Had he bet smaller, I would've called. If you have him beat and you want a call make an appropriate sized bet.
