$55 and $109 S&G at Full Tilt Poker has become thighter and harder?

I play a lot of S&G at the $55 and $109 buy ins at FTP. Only some months ago I was usually on the bouble or even ITM by the time we reached level 10 (120/140).
Nowdays it seems it lasts longer and the players are better. Its not unusual to be up to 200/400 or even 300/600 before being ITM. Anyone else noticed? Any comments?

Also...how do i properly adjust to the tighter play? Stealing is obviously more important as the blinds rise and the opponents are thighter. Anything else?

A bit off topic in my own post...anyone care do comment on the difrence in skill level between the $109 VS $216 buy in? s&g's?.
