PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha High, $1.00 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

CO ($60)
Button ($111.75)
SB ($120.55)
BB ($78.45)
UTG ($26)
UTG+1 ($98.50)
MP1 ($21.45)
Hero ($90.50)
MP3 ($42.50)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. CO posts a blind of $1.
UTG calls $1, UTG+1 calls $1, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $6.5</font>, <font color="#666666">5 folds</font>, UTG folds, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 raises to $23</font>, Hero calls $16.50.

Flop: ($49.50) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 bets $47.05</font>, Hero ....

I have $67.50 left. I have been attempting to play laggy. UTG+1 is 15/10/1 in 20 hands and is most likely to have aces. With 4 nut outs to the straight and a bunch of two pair outs, enough to raise all-in? Fold preflop?

I think raising here preflop is fine, but it's a fold to the reraise if you put him on AA.

I see no reason to raise this hand PF in MP with a shortstack limper in front. It would be one thing if you were on the button here, but usually you're OOP against at least one player.

Also, even if you were OTB here, I'd probably make a smaller raise since the shortstack limper has the ability to LRR, and you don't want to get pot-committed.

As played, you should probably fold to the reraise PF. The ace in your hand allows AA (far and away villian's most likely hand) to dominate you pretty badly, and your hand's not even very connected.
