I had this exact question and was hoping someone knew the answer. I'm going away for a month and won't be playing any online poker but would like to pick up a jersey from the store. If I order the jersey on the 1st of the month that I'm going to be away, will the negative MGR that I generate for the FT store item carry over to next month, or will it expire at the end of the month so I can play the next month fresh?

Since FT doesn't carry over RB payments <$5 from one month to the next, I was curious if they would reciprocate and not carry over MGR reductions month-to-month.
