Default Re: What\'s Your (Personality) Disorder?

see, how the hell am i supposed to answer this?

[ QUOTE ]
Do you prefer to be alone rather than in the company of others?

[/ QUOTE ]
This is totally dependent on my mood at any given moment and I could be very happy either way depending on how I feel.

And this:
[ QUOTE ]
Do you take actions without thinking about the consequences?

[/ QUOTE ]
How should I answer if I often consider the consequences of my actions, but disregard them anyway?

and this one:

[ QUOTE ]
Are you quiet in social situations, often out of fear of saying something stupid?

[/ QUOTE ]
I am often quiet in social situations, but that's because I'm listening. When I talk, I tend to do so at great length.

[ QUOTE ]
Do you suffer from low confidence?

[/ QUOTE ]
Again, totally dependent on what the activity is. Sometimes, yes, sometimes, I'm supremely confident.

Anyway, nittiness aside, here are my results:

Disorder | Rating
Paranoid: Low
Schizoid: Low
Schizotypal: High
Antisocial: Moderate
Borderline: Low
Histrionic: Moderate
Narcissistic: Moderate
Avoidant: Moderate
Dependent: Low
Obsessive-Compulsive: High

I'm surprised about the obsessive-compulsive one (actually, I probably shouldn't be considering how I attempted to pick apart the quiz). I may have been harder on myself than was accurate; like I said before I don't feel I can ever reliably take these.

Also, after reading the description of schizotypal, I'm surprised I didn't score even higher.

I answered these all seriously, knowing the implications of my answers. Ughh.

edit- looking these over

Schizoid and Schizotypal don't characterize me. The rest definitely could

Well, except maybe lucksack...

So..is the point to change your personality so that eventually you score "very high" on every single one?

im really confused by these results. I thought id be more antisocial/avoidant (although apparently they defined antisocial significantly differently then i would).
