Default QTo in LP vs. 100% vp$ip

villain has played every hand since he sat.. posted UTG, cold calling 3 bets, showing down hands like J2o calling down with A high on a QT8J7 board etc. 25 hand sample.

Do I iso raise this?

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls, 5 folds, Hero...

at what point would i NOT want to iso raise if your answer is yes? Q9o? J7s?

I cannot answer this until you tell me about the blinds, but I tend to raise QT. Lower and I def. need a read on the blinds.

SB is 53/3/.4
BB is 66/4/.4
(both have played the same amount of hands as villain at this point)

I think im going to know the responce on this one but how low should there stats be before i should consider raiseing. Oh and then would you suggest i call instead or just muck it.

EDIT: what is one of the two had a low vpip but the other lower?

Against blinds like that, then QTo is the weakest offsuit hand I'll raise. I'll raise JTs and 88, maybe 77. I'll limp all kinds of crap. Basically, I'm assuming that I'm not going to win this hand by folding everyone.

Cool, Thx man.

On a sort of dif note:

Do those hands apply for stealing the blinds too. Do you have any links that refer to blind stealing in a loose passive game? or advice in general i guess. SSHE doesnt mention it (i dont think??)

Never fold any broadway anything against this opposition ever. You could probably limp any 2 cards 9 or higher. I'd probably even play any suited cards 7 or higher (yes that includes Q7s).

If they were tighter you should now raise all of those hands except the ones with crappy showdown value like the aformentioned Q7s.
