middle pairs in early and middle position
For 9 max I play pairs 10s and up with a raise preflop and in 6 max games I play 9s and up with a raise. 8s and lower I just fold if no one is in the pot yet unless I am in late position then Ill prolly raise. What do u guys do with pairs 6-9 in both full ring games and 6 max?

Re: middle pairs in early and middle position
I raise all PPs UTG in 6-max. In FR I raise 99+ or TT+ and limp the rest. Folding them pretty much sucks.

Re: middle pairs in early and middle position
I'll also raise any pair in late position full ring if folded to me. Pocket pairs are the most profitable hands. Not playing them your loosing a lot of money.

Re: middle pairs in early and middle position
In full ring, limp small pairs in EP. Table dependent, raise or limp middle pairs in MP.
In 6max raise all pairs from any position. |

Re: middle pairs in early and middle position
I hate limping unless there is someone in the pot already so its either raise or fold for me anyone else like that?
