Anyone have the answer to the question about debit cards? I use Bank of America, but my debt card will not fund directly. My Netteller account is closed, which is curious since I never asked them to close it. I tried using their live chat thing online, and all I was was to call them, which just ticked me off. Anyone have any insight? I assume my neteller was closed due to inactivity after a zero balance was reached.

Just my opinion but I think debit cards are rejected because they are tied to a bank account whereas the gift card is a onetime thing like a phone card.
