Default Playing against minbettor donkey (SSNL)

What's your play against a donkey who leads out oop with minbet on the flop against your pf bet. Let's say you've bet 4bb on the button w/ JTs, sb (the donkey) calls and bb folds. Flop comes K42rb (not a single one of your suit) and sb minbets. What's the best play?

I prefer making the potsized raise about 50% of the time and call or fold about 25% each. Is there any sense playing it like this? If I call, i usually do it because I want to see if I'm able to see his hand very cheap (for another minbet on the river f.e.).

It depends on pot size and reads.

I'm a fan of OOP minbetting.
