Mother Mucker,

If i take it out for not going or subtract it from a total for going, it's essentially the same. This is just the way it worked in my head and now im way to stoked to change it.

And as far as rewarding myself I'm pretty sure I don't deserve a reward for digging myself out of a hole i created by not taking care of myself for a few years. Though I will probably buy much nicer clothes from then on.

I don't get it...wouldn't you want to reward yourself for going to the gym and keep the money?

I would think that if you DIDN'T go the gym, then take out $100 and give that to charity.

He's starting with $30k. For each time he goes to the gym, he's subtracting $100. Whatever is left at the end of the year goes to charity. So if he only goes twice a week for the whole year, he's donating close to $20k.

Yes, I am serious. I'm trying to bulk up a little by lifting weights frequently.

I wish there was some easier method of gaining weight

[/ QUOTE ]

155 working my way to 175. I've gained 20 pounds since summer. Unlike you though, I'm doing it by eating lots of junk food.

I went to the doctor on the 30th and weighed in at 237. Doc told me I looked fine, but I put on a LOT of weight in Vegas and some of those habits have stuck with me.

When I'm in Syracuse though I eat healthily and exercise regularly. I'm guessing I could stand to lose 30-40 pounds of fat, and maybe add 10-15 pounds of muscle. So... ideally about 210-215 if I have a little more muscle on me, 200 or so if I don't.

edit: By the time I leave Syracuse, probably in early May.

[/ QUOTE ]

I was where you're at 6 months ago.... I've steadily gained since then.

Now I must lose 30-40 lbs by July.

162. Don't care if I gain any, but would prefer not to go much past 155 again
