Default $11, On the Bubble, call or fold?

Villain should be on tilt after losing most of his stack on the previous hand. He's been stealing blinds and showing rags often. I figure he's on A-rag at best. If I'm correct than I'm getting good odds to call.(almost 2 to 1)

PartyPoker $11 Regular Tournament, Big Blind is t400 (4 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

CO (t1500)
Button (t12640)
SB (t3300)
Hero (t2560)

Preflop: Hero is in BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
CO raises to t1500 (All-in), Fold, Fold, Hero?

Blinds are going up soon.
Pot is t2100, 1100 for me to call
What does his range have to be for me to call here?

It has to be at least about 15%: 33+,A7o+,A4s+,KTs+. This would yield +.2%.

This is quite a bit tighter than I originally thought he'd have to be.

14% would be like almost exactly break even. 13% would be -.1%. 13% would be -.1%. And weirdly 12% would be like +1 cent.

GET SNGPT OR A SIMILAR PROGRAM AND YOU CAN DO THIS YOURSELF VERY EASILY.

Button folded to that all in? What an ass. I fold here. You are severely short-stacked, but set your goal to try to "eeek" into the money.
