Default 2/4, call his bluff?

Only have a few orbits with villian, and I just took a big pot off him a few hands ago. Seems LAG so far, 48/19/2.7.

I might call, you will either see QQ/44/33/77 or total air.

Um Qx type hands?

Betting the turn seems easier then trying to pick off a pot sized bluff on the river.

Why is he betting so much with TP?
Doesn't make sense.
Imo, it's either a bluff or a monster.

The question is really math isnt it? How confident are you with your read. In my mind im pretty sure that you are beat to often to make it a +ev play. Im at lest pretty sure that you do not have sufficent information on villain to make it a good call.

That being said....the play screams bluff to me...but i guess sometimes you just have to let things go...

You also said you took a big pot off him earlier...what was that pot like? Did you hit a draw? Has he (Maybe wrongfully) labeled you a calling station? If so, his bet makes more sense.

I don't like a call here, it's a bet indicative of a bluff or monster, but getting exactly 2-1, I doubt you see the former often enough to compensate running into the latter. He may also be "bluffing" with garbage Queens, or 7x's that were flush draws but now have turned into pairs that beat you. I'd fold here, find a better spot.

The bluff or air people,

Villian is laggy so I wouldn't be surprised to see him turn up with a wide range of hands here including Qx. To a LAG, TP is the nuts. If you don't know what he'd do on the flop with Qx or clubs or whatever its hard to tell whether you should call the river or not, but if his range is gigantic when he calls the flop and he'll always bluff the river, I think the river call is fine.

Personally, I prefer betting the turn and taking a free showdown. He could easily have clubs or a gutter or middle pair or some other BS that he'll call with and this def makes your river decision easier.

I like a b/f 1/2 - 2/3 on the turn and free showdown.
