100nl: WTF is going on here? Is middle 2 pair good?

Villian is 41/16/5 over only 50 hands, however when this hand was played I only had about 15 hands on him, so basically still no read. However, I had noticed he was a very aggressive player.

After his flop 3bet minraise (dw, i was thinking wtf when I saw him do that too...), I had no idea where I was at - he could have anything from top 2 to a set to AJ to a hand like J9 to a made straight etc etc.

Is a 4bet good here? If so, to how much? The 3bet minraise makes stack sizes a little awkward here, so I ended up calling an re-evalutating turn.

Even though turn blanked, his bet is weird again - 1/2 pot. This is where the major decision is I think, and its one where I'm either a decent favourite (e.g. to a pair+ straight draw combo)or way behind. The way I see it, there were a few options:
1) Push turn;
2)Call turn and call a likely push on river (I don't like this option - if he's ahead he'll still be ahead on river, or if he's drawing I give him a good price plus I'll pay him off);
3) Fold.

I eventually folded after timing down alot, because I couldn't see a good range I beat here.

Thoughts? Sorry for the rambling...

I think I push. His line looks completely FOS, but there are so many cards I hate to see on the river, I think it's too dangerous to wait and hope he bluffs. Also, I think this type of player will stack off with T9/89/J9 (and overpairs, obviously), so you're not necessarily behind when called.
