AK situations, 200NL (6MAX)

Im having trouble playing these hands against tighties...

When these vilains 3-bet PF im guessing this is something like JJ+ and AKs. So I dont really like calling for a couple of reasons:

1. you dont hit the flop that often with AK, if you dont hit you're pretty much done with the hand.

2. IF you hit, you prob:
a) dont get paid because the overcard kills the action for an underpair, or
b) you hit your K/A, vilain has AA/KK

so considering all of this, how bad is folding this hand PF?
it feels kinda weak...

What kind of vilain-stats would make calling/raising a profitable play?

both vilains in this hand were 10/08ish (ubertight...)
