I haven't had funds there for years now, however they still send me promotional emails all the time. I have since sent an email to support asking to close my account due to their very poor handling of this situation. Received an automated reply that my concerns would be looked into, but I've never had a proper reply. I don't expect one.

What a bad decision by poker room management!
I can hardly see them recovering from this.
I will not give poker room.com any of my business.

I'm definately not playing on Pokerroom until this is solved. Anybody know if this is exclusively PRs error? Have the other skins treated this matter in the same way?

I'm wondering if I should boycott the entire network or just the skin...

It is exclusively PRs error. The tourneys in question were just at PR, not at any other skin. Whether Ongame or Bwin should have an interest is another matter.

I have just sent the following mail to Pokerroom support:

"Hi,

I have recently begun looking for a good pokersite to play at. The past couple of years most of my action have been at PartyPoker and PokerStars, so I think it is time for a change. However, after reading this thread here: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showfl...e=0#Post8519621 I have decided to not trust you with any of my money."

I suggest that you guys do the same, should you too decide not to trust said company with your money. Just so they know what they are missing.

I switched to PR a few months ago as my main site. Have just withdrawn all my funds. They won't see a penny until this is resolved and they apologise.

I play all the time at pokerroom, but following this I may take my custom elsewhere.

May?

I am astonished that loyalty like this exist still...

Anyone who continues to support Pokerroom by playing there, deserves what's coming to them.

I mailed to eCogra and asked if they are going to remove their seal of approval from pokerroom because of this.

Here is their answer:

"Dear XXXX,

I appreciate the effort you have made to contact eCOGRA.

If there is a complaint or a dispute with any of the eCOGRA approved sites we have a Dispute Mediation facility available to players where we will investigate the issue and act according to our eGAP. If this player would like us to look into the situation described in the forum I would be more than happy to do so. Please suggest that they submit a dispute at www.ecogra.org/disputes.
"

So if it is not yet solved ECogra could be worth a try for those getting scammed.
