He means careful in the sense of trying to figure out if they are male before the act instead of after.

I will fire the third barrel when I have the inkling my opponent is drawing. i'm sick sick sick of losing to ace or king high when I knew I whould have fired. I make myself wanna puke sometimes.

not trying any fancy play when I get way ahead. I.e. consistent play regardless of stach size.

paying attention to hands i'm not in.

work on the old memory. gotta remember peoples cards so I can establish more about a player than labels like 'donkey' or 'rock'.

stop folding hands where I know i've been out drawn but still have sufficient odds to chase.

learn more of the math that drives the limit game (i'm gonna need help on this one).

1. Break 100K hands this year.
2. Move up to 4/8 by the end of the year. (Depending on how things go maybe take some shots at 5/10.)
3. Learn to play 6 max
4. Play more tournaments
5. Read more, study more.
6. Figure out how I'm gonna clear my $550 deposit bonus on Doyle's Room since they have virtually no FR limit games.
7. Get better at non-holdem/horse games.
8. Win "POY" for my home game.
9. Make some kind of meaningful contribution to this forum.
10. Figure out how to play my "A game" for longer than 2 hours at a time.
