windows question. bigger buttons and scroll bars

how do i make the maximize and minimize buttons bigger?
scroll bars? i'm getting carpal tunnel and bad eyes.

DisplayProperties > Appearance > Advanced > CaptionButtons/Scrollbar

thanks sam. i only have web and effects tabs under display properties. must be blocked by admin, as i suspected.

Actually, I don't have either of those tabs. I should have mentioned that I'm on WinXP; you should have mentioned that you're on <whatever you're on>. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
