Default Poker tracker maintenance

Hey guys. Sorry for the dumb question...

I've had Poker tracker for a little over a year now and wanted to ask if there is any point where I should clean it up or make a new database (if that's possible).

I really only use it for the basic stuff so I'm not extreemly savy with it.

My Compact/Repair take quite a while. Is there a point where your DB gets so large start to cause issues?

Access databases (the default in PokerTracker) are notorious for getting bloated. If you clean it up (compact/repair) now and then you should notice a decent speed improvement.
