ty ty ty ty ESPN for showing that is was indeed a penalty.
I don't see what Navy gains from joining a conference plus, don't they have army/air force/notre dame/rutgers every year. It would be tough to maintain their scheduling.

Texas muff punt hands back the break Iowa gave them by making the penalty on the TD. Interesting back and forth game at this point.

right on cue.....beautiful pass by McCoy. He's done a great job of settling down. He's been exceptional since the start of the 2nd Qtr. A few drops since then has made it look worse.

Texas blew a couple golden chances to just blow this game wide open this half with the muffed punt and not taking advantage of starting at Iowa's 42.
