let me get this straight, so for reaching a million pts, you automatically get 2 10k+ tourney packages + a wcoop main event buy in for free? without using any of your fpps?

[/ QUOTE ]
yes, provided you are still alive and can still see after you do this then get the tourney packages for free.

I wonder what iH8poker thinks of this?

Ok, here are my initial thoughts...

To get Nova, you pay about $7k in rake at NL$100 9 max...so Elite, it is about $70k...

The trips, I'm saying are valued at $35k combined (2 trips + 1 entry).

At Nova status, you get about $6k in hook ups (last I calculated) for the $7k in rake and approx. 30% rakeback there after. I guess that mean 1FFP is approx to 8% rakeback, so a bonus of 400% would be about 40% rb.

With the new teir bonuses for Supernova, you get about $22k as you progress.

So here it goes:
$7k in rake to get Nova
$6k in hook ups
Net $1k in rake paid

$63k in rake to make Elite
$35k for trips
$23k for teired bonuses
Net $5k rake paid (plus $1k to reach Nova)...and tons of FPP to spend, which are not part of the calculations...then 40% rakeback there after (remember FPP are rounded so 1fpp=4fpp at Nova 5fpp at Elite).

Now how to get Elite...?? Let's say in 26 weeks...130 days...8 hours a day...that's 1040 hours of play...960vpp needed per hour...in tournies that's about $960 risked every hour...80vpp needed per hour per table (of 12)...I figure NL$600 could do that, due to the 2vpps earned (but I couldn't 12 table $3/$6 NL)...I'm guessing but fast tables of NL$100 probably pull in 55 vpp per hour...limit $5/$10 could do that as well but that would be impossible to 12 table as well...

The key to making it in 6 months is an average of at least 60 hours per week, 12 tabling, NL$100, IMO.

Whom ever makes it first gets the mad bonus of publicity..I would value that at around $30k in ads...if you made 2bb/100 at NL$100, then that would be $37.5k (while reaching elite).

I'm disappointed they didn't add any intermediate tiers between Supernova and Elite for, say, 250k, 500k, 750k. Going for each of these benchmarks would keep my motivation up.

I'm thinking all the left over fpp are worth about $42k...so $70k in rake gets you $100k in prizes and fpp alone (not to mention publicity, I think, and 40% rb there after).

What is KLH KLJ?

not sure about full ring, but at 6max it would take you roughly 1.8million hands. full ring, maybe just slightly more?

have fun
