First time withdrawal from UB

How long does it take? I deposited using Neteller and plan to withdraw the same way.

Is it realistic to expect money in my Neteller account by Tuesday with all the holidays?

doubtful. Expect them to take their sweet time, probably about a week.

Make sure that your email registered to UB is the exact same email on Neteller. If its not the same, UB will cancel the withdrawl and not always notify you.

It didn't take more than a day for me but mine was probably an "easy" case: After my first time deposit of $650 I played NL10 for a couple months and when I hit $1k I withdrew $400 or so and continued playing during the approval process. Cashing out the rest a couple weeks later also went through within a day.
