Isn't that funny how most our stories end up with smaller "winnings" then we can do in much shorter sessions.

I think that gives us some insight about general deviation and how we must be focused and thinking about the game moreso then playing in it to truely maximize each situation.

I guess playing because we love it, can be somewhat counterproductive.

I wanna go to the Bike right now.... or better yet, north to the Chumash. Its a quicker trip and has much looser games.

I agree with the shorter sessions theory....seems if I am leaving the casino when the sun is rising....I am always just getting back even for the night...shorter 3-4 sessions net me 4-5 BB/H playing 6/12 or 8/16 now... just my $.02 worth...

22 hours.

I find that I do well when I stay through the middle of the night, because the other players just keep getting worse and more drunk as the night goes on, and I'm an insomniac so I have an edge. Plus I usually have a bigger stack as the night goes on, and it is easy/fun to play with 3-5 buyins in front of you when everyone else has 1 buyin.

24 hour Winstar 6/12 and 4/8 session which netted me about $800. I usually played 2/5 nl for about 12 hours, but I felt adventurous that day.

Just about 10 hours.

With all these stories of people falling asleep, a few months back I was in LV for a bachelor party. We hit a few clubs and while everyone crashed, I decided to play cards. Tired from the flight and partying, I passed out at the table. Dude to my right wakes me up and asks me not to drool on the table. =)
