Default ($11) BB suited connector flops all the draws....standard?

WPEX $10 + $1.00 Texas Hold'em (No Limit)
5 seats max, 2 seats pay
Big Blind $50

UTG $2600
BTN $1520
SB $1995
HERO $1385

Dealt to HERO 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
2 folds, SB calls $25, HERO checks

Dealing Flop Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (Pot $100)
SB Bets $50, HERO Raises to $150, SB re-raises to $550, HERO re-raises to $1,335 (all-in)

I'm immediately thinking I'm commited to felting this in an $11 when I see the flop. Was the flop raise enough or should I have gone for more? When I get re-raised is the shove standard, or this deep should I clear out and wait for a made hand?

Its hard to tell without any reads, but looking at it, if I was up against a decent player, I would play that hand differently. If SB bets $50 on the flop. That's 1/2 the pot, and I'd think he was wanting a call... he's obviously ensuring that the odds are there for a call. This represents strength on his part. Probably a pair of queens, maybe even two pair.

In that case, I'd call and take the $50 turn card. And then if you miss and he bets strong on the turn, you can get away from the hand and still be in a position to win.

IMHO, the blinds aren't big enough to start trying to desperately draw out on four flushes.

i think you need some fold equity to make this a good play. I am playing cash games like this all day, but the image thing does not work for tourneys.

He also has a gut shot straight draw, so I get my money in here.

This is one of those hands where I think a fold is just as good as a shove.

I'd probably shove....but I really don't think it matters that much what you do here.....

When I first posted this I was pretty damned sure about the push. The more I think about it the less convinced I am.

I am obviously behind villian right now. What hands make this reraise that I have any FE at all against with a push? I can't imagine AQ getting laid down here too much unless villian is convinced I have a set (I had been playing pretty tight.) Since I've been tight he may have air sometimes...but what else? Do enough hands fold here to make shoving +EV?

In my opinion, no. With the way he's played through the flop, he isn't getting away from his hand.

I would raise more on the flop with the intent of getting it all in.
