Default gimme a plan...

Vill is taggish in stats after 70 hands 19/15 and haven't seen him do anything noteworthy. How about pf?

Bet less on the flop. If I had bet less on the flop, I would consider a bluff on a lot of turns, but maybe not this one. Given your bet size, I would def. c/f.

PF is super standard against a TAG.

I usually c-bet a little smaller in reraised pots, say 34 or so.

You're going to have to give up the turn. He didn't call w/ AK unless it was a float, so you officially beat nothing.

yeah bet much less on the flop.

bone dry flop no reason to pot it. Dbiteling this flop agains't an aggro isn't a terrible idea either.

As played I would probably check/fold.

Or chk/chk/chk/chk and get owned by JJ

Probably. I considered it, but WTF do you do on the turn then? Still might be interested in an argument for this line.

Is this beacuse a TAG villain is more likely to give up weakly to a cbet (with a lot of pp's and whatever paint cards he might have)?

Its a value raise because his range is huge preflop.
