Default Turn a straight, now what?

First 20 minutes of a $2 multi-table on PS. I lost a few chips, and picked up a few chips. I have only played 2 hands so far, no showdowns.

Pre-Flop - Figured 4x BB raise by UTG+1 was worth a call, not a raise. Should I have raised here?
Post-Flop - I was last to act, figured I had a drawing hand... checking seemed about right.
Turn - Hit my straight, what do I do here? Calling did not seem like the right option.

Preflop call is not fine

Raise preflop

As played, raise to ~500-600

Uhm yeah... Shaundeeb made an allright argument for shoving preflop actually. I don't think that's too bad. Anyway, when it comes to you, the pot is t195. Could make a raise to t350 (intending to call a push obv). Or you could call and play it multiway. I think all these possibilities are fine. Personally, in a $2 I prefer all-in.

Flop standard obv.

On the turn we want to get it all-in. Raise to t570, and if you are just called, get it arr in on the turn unless something like the queen of hearts fall.
