I had the same problem and I just reverted to the old UB client.

Old client? or old .exe (pre 5 hand max hh)?

If its a completely different client, where can I get it?

I tried running PAhud and Ultimate History but I still don't get the same numbers in the end, but Ultimate HIstory does import hands that PAhud didn't for some reason.

No, I'm running PT and PAHUD. IF some hand are not imported, after I'm done at the table, I close PAHUD, then open Gametime, re-open the hand history, then import the file into PT.
