to sum: OP had a conversation with enon at a 1/2 game on stars. OP asked 2p2 about bankroll management. he got responses with differing degrees of sarcasm/kindness. he waved e-penis. a few argued with him yadda yadda yadda.

enon posted as me while i was still signed in: likely due to forgetfullness as a result of drinking alcohol at my place.

debates were had. i was entertained. bankroll management is funny. poker is easy (apparantly).

REALITY: bankrolls can be defined in different ways. ANY size big bet downswing CAN (possibly) happen due 100% to variance regardless of winrate (we are dealing with infinities here people, anything CAN happen). having a 500bb downswing is bad, but POSSIBLE due 100% to variance, yet still VERY LIKELY caused, in part, due to SOME poor play. all caps'd words are caps'd to emphasize some arguing points in the thread.
