Since the deal was for the testing to be anonymous, not releasing the names was completely standard. I want to rid the game of cheaters as much as anyone else but using these tests is bogus.

They made a deal for confidential no repercussions testing for one year, they should stand by it.

I'd be willing to wager a materially significant amount that there are more than 5 "well known" names on that 2003 list.

I'd say the over/under for all stars (in any year) would be about 3-1/2.
