DVD Burning question

I have a personal DVD that i am trying use DVDShrink with, it analyses the disc but when i click on BACKUP i get an error no matter what machine i do this on it continues to happen...

Dvdshrink encounterd an error and cannot continue
Failed to read d:\
Incorrect function

anyone have a better product to try?
