Wu-Tang would be my choice if you could include all the solo albums but I don't think that is allowed. OP said no side projects which is technically what all those albums are.

There was a time i would have said RUSH without hesitation, but today, I'd probably go with The Beatles.

However, I would want every piece of recorded material ever made (not published...made, I want all the bootlegs and other unpublished material to magically appear at my feet)
