Default NL $100 live, Standard flop rereaise on the button?

I go down and play at HG tonight. The plan is to play from 6:30-9:30/10 and quit. I get to 9:58 and the following hand breaks out. Everybody has about $200 or so in front of them.

BB is in S1
S2 folds
S3 limps $3
S4 folds
S5 calls $3
S6 folds
S7 calls $3
S8 calls $3 w 6d5d
S9 (SB) raises to $8
S1 folds
everybody else calls
