Default nut straight on turn, board paired on river, can i get away?

Live tournament, £100 buy in. This is about the twelth hand. No reads on villian. This is the first hand that i've got involved in. My stack is about 3800, he has me covered. Blinds are 25/50.

I raise to 200 from UTG+2 with 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

All fold to villian who reraises to 400 from the CO.

Button and blinds fold, I call for an additional 200.

Flop comes 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

I check, villian checks behind.

Turn is 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I have the nut straight, the pot is 875. I bet 400, villian raises to 800. I call.

River is the 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I push all-in for 2600 into a pot of 2475.

I put villian on an overpair, and thought he was drawing dead. I push the river almost instantly not caring that the board has paired. He has pocket sixes, for a full house.

Could I get away from this? He couldn't put me on a straight just the same as i couldn't put him on a set. So I thought an overpair, especially aces which I thought the most likely given the min raise pre-flop, would pay me off.

Why didn't you 3-bet the turn with the nut hand at that point?

Preflop: I like more to raise these creative hands from middle or late position. Anyhow, I don't have a problem with your raise. Mandatory call when you get minraised obv

Flop: Fine.

Turn: The guy is minraising seems like he is begging for action, but you have the nuts. Sweet! The pot is getting nice already too. I don't think I even need to think before I push here. Also, you might fail to get the rest of villains chips on the river if a scare card falls. Trivially easy push.

River: Fine.

Don't post results in OP btw, and.... yeah thats about it.

Yeah I should have pushed the turn. I've been a bit fed up recently with not being payed off so i thought i'd slow down a bit. I surpose I should just bluff more and keep being aggressive with my big hands.
