Default how to play bottom set

not sure what to do with bottom set.... i check/call.... but this is pretty problematic in omaha....suggestions greatly appreciated

I would checkraise here on the flop if the CO is at all aggressive or a known donkey. If CO is tight, I would just fold.

I would never lead out on the flop unless the table was very tight postflop (unusual)

I think you may have this backwards. I c/r if the table is loose and lead out if table is tight. That way I know if my lead is raised that I can muck.

The way he is betting this at just below the pot makes it appear he has a hand. When this villian is as short as he is- I probably raise the flop. If he plays back- its a good chance he may have a set of 3's or a set of queens. Money isn't deep enuf to make a quality laydown in my opinion. The way you just call the flop- you may be able to lay this down to a tight player- but I probably still call.
